I’m not sure what this vessel is for…it has a hole in the front..maybe a toothbrush holder? It’s from the Haviland Limoges Collection – made in France. The detailing on this piece is so beautiful with the scalloped top and ribbed design and the delicate floral design. I’ve been on the lookout for fine china in estate sales and thrift stores and I’m drawn to pieces made from other countries.
This candle vessel was a splurge from Auden Lueur. Creamy lavender scent! Lately, her scents are getting better and better! I hope she comes out with refills because there’s only so much of the glass vessel a gal needs…even though it’s such a beautiful/substantial piece! Can an object invokes inspiration just by looking/smelling/lighting it up? I got the roll of seamless latte color for a backdrop I wanted to do for portraits and I prefer that color to white sometimes because it’s less harsh and so appealing, in my opinion. These objects were taken using that seamless cream color background in the natural daylight. Stay tuned as I find a willing participant (my mom) to take portraits with the new backdrop.
